Relapsed. But wont give up! Back to Day 1

Relapsed on day 5. Back to day 0.

 

Damn, I was doing really good with the whole start on October 1st to make 90 by the end of the year but alas this morning after 8 days of no urges, they came out of nowhere and hit me like a truck.

Back to day 0 and going to try harder not to give in next time.

 

Yesterday completed my 3rd day for the 3 day challenge. Now starting day 0 of 7

A couple urges again, but nothing too extreme. Eye contact was very strong today, it’s usually around day 3-7. Right on time.
