Day 0 starts now. Sometimes we fall, but its best to get back on the horse and try again.

 

You guys got it! Be strong and find the will power when you need it. The feeling of not being addicted to anything is really good, it is worth it!

Day one coming to a close, stayed busy today. Admitted my problems yesterday and drove to better myself. Strengthen and still enjoy life

I feel goods about myself now. Atleast than what I was before. Moving forward to next challenge...Thank you guys
