Good for you...keep it up mate. I just got to exactly the same place but did relapse, but I'm stronger for it.
Day 1 - here we go...
Honestly thinking about relapsing right now. Even started making plans in my mind

Day 1/7: It feels like I'm watching my life through a dirty window. Brain fog hasn't been this bad in a while. No urges yet so that's nice.

Day 4 coming to a close another day kept busy. Started a new "thought". Tried to stay engaged every second. If ever I felt my mind drift I stopped and assessed. I thought about how my body felt, and what I was doing. Tried not to overthink and be in the moment. It went well, and shut down and thoughts that would have led to urges.
Day 1/7 yess!!!
Day 1 and I've just getting started. I believe that we can!
