I'm in for it, although this is my 2nd day already, but wtf let's begin with square 0.

 

Day 0 again. Relapsed yesterday when staying up late and watching videos in yt. Not gonna do that again.

Nice small steps! i will make 7 days and beyond!!

 

Day 3/7. Withdrawals are starting to kick in. A part of me wants the release so badly but i now know it has to be through other outlets. Exercise (weight lifting in particular) has helped to get some of this sexual energy out.

relapse this tuesday. there's a lot of conflits in my mind these days, and I really need some encouragements. I'm downhearted. I find it so hard to even reach my 30d. my first streak is great, I managed 70d. but later, I failed and failed again. it's really discouraging sometimes.
however, I think it's time for a new streak.
