Messed up day 1 due to some reasons.
Day 1/7 restarts..
Day 5 began.9 am here.
So today is Day 1. I successfully controlled my urges for 1. I get most urges after workout, if anyone has suggestions for this it will be helpful
You can try meditation before sleep.
