Day 1. I'm trying to shift my perspective from "If I just do this long enough, I'll be better" to "I'm already better because I'm working on it now." I can't help but want to see some great change from getting rid of this habit, but I'm without it at the moment. That's something to be happy about now. Gradually over time, I should see the big change too. I really do want this for myself right now and in the future.
