day 5..everyone should look into whats called a pomodoro timer. If you're looking for rebuilding habits, it is great. You have a timer set to 20-25 minutes (whatever your preference, shorter or longer). You solely focus on whatever task at hand you've been wanting to do, then the timer goes off, you rest for 5 minutes and it goes again for another two cycles like that. Then you take a long break. It's helped me to focus on real life and not PMO throughout my work day and on the weekends as well too.

Day 1. I'm back on track it seems and I'm feeling good about it. I tried not to tear myself down about my reset this time and it proved to be pretty useful! I made a mistake but that doesn't mean I have to keep making it. The show must go on.
