Day 6. Did some stuff, didn't have any urges, feeling better.
Day 6. Woke up with urges stemming from wet dreams, but it was honestly pretty encouraging. I didn't immediately try to brush the thoughts away and I still felt in control. I really liked that I was able to have those thoughts without giving in to them. It makes me really value that patience today.

Day 0. Had a reset earlier tonight. The stress from school really got to me today. I'm going to try not putting myself down too much right now and just getting back to it. I should also focus on getting up early tomorrow and getting as much homework out of the way so I can keep my stress levels down in the future.

Going to start this again. Think I may have tried it over a year ago before I lost my way again.
day 5..everyone should look into whats called a pomodoro timer. If you're looking for rebuilding habits, it is great. You have a timer set to 20-25 minutes (whatever your preference, shorter or longer). You solely focus on whatever task at hand you've been wanting to do, then the timer goes off, you rest for 5 minutes and it goes again for another two cycles like that. Then you take a long break. It's helped me to focus on real life and not PMO throughout my work day and on the weekends as well too.
