Hello, today is the 3rd day. I will keep it up.
I don't know why the day counter of mine doesn't work. It always displays 1 Day.
Does someone help me with that ?

Day 4. No urges yet today but I can feel myself getting sick and I think it would be good to stay on guard. Sometimes I'll get a little bit complacent when I'm sick and it may put my progress here in jeopardy. So I'll just remind myself now: I don't wish to have this habit any longer and I'd be disappointed in myself if I used my sickness as an excuse to PMO.
 
2/7.. Yesterday was almost as much of a breeze as the day before.. I'm avoidin gettin turned on as much as possible because after I break a decent streak, I tend to give myself excuses to fall back into the chronic masturbation route.. But I'm keepin strong, and doin my best.. Hope you guys are too.
 
Have nice streaks my best streak till now is 64 feeling amazing things going will than i relapse than i feeling guilty shame tired. Need to keep my head UP and go further
