I relapsed . I am relapsing again and again. I used to do binge before the challenge and compete it and throw away my progress. Since my first no binge streak I overcome on my binge habit I know binge no binge it doesn't make any difference but it does to me. By not binging I don't hate myself. For a while I get irritated but only for a day. I don't want to be in this loop of no binge so I will complete this challenge.
