Last day i had depressoin and some urges but now I'm totally fine
Day 3 completed, on my way to day 4! Stay strong people
had some urges and watched a few pictures and a video, I think this is a relapse so I'll count back to day1

Day 1 complete. On to day 2
I can do this, 0/7 , it's very difficult in the mornings when I wake up but I have been strong the past 4 days, how do you reward yourself for doing good and not giving into PMO?
3 day challenge completed.... Next I need to complete 7 day challenge... I have to completely stop Daydreaming and fantasising about sex. This is my main ai in 7 day challenge.
Okay this is day 0 and I'm ready to quit my destructive PMO habits, I have no one to really talk to about this problem as my usage has escalated into harder more destructive types. I realise that I've actually been watching P. For 10 years, I'm 23 years old now, so I started young. It began with girl on girl but even still it was pretty hard stuff.
I am going to do these challenges as part of my reboot so that I can talk with others on this page. Would be great to hear from some people.
I wish everyone the best in their journey, I hope we can all create a better more fulfilling life away from PMO.
