Day 3. It’s getting difficult. Urges intense.

Hey guys. Sorry I have not posted since the last few days. I will catch you guys up.
Day 2 complete. Went to the gym and decided to go back to doing ATG squats. I found the secret to not leaning forward. I was moving my eyes with my body descending and ascending which caused me to jut out forward. I now focus on one point and go down and up. Tried some hamstring curls and they were KILLER. Good glutes and hamstrings help you sit lower which helps me in football.
Day 3 complete. Nothing special other than getting whacked around at football practice.
Day 4 complete. I decided to start ditching my overthinking, fearful mindset and approach and talk to this girl I like during a class we have together. I asked her questions about the sports she plays which are rugby, volleyball, and track since she is the athletic type and that is common ground with me. Making progress on her. Just got to keep hammering.
