well I made it to the day 7, and little after that now I am back again at day 0(relapsed) , but since I made it can you put me on the board I will now try 14 days challenge .
Hi 2525, thanks for setting up the 7 day challenge. I've manage to complete 7 days with no PMO. I had to remind myself many times the urges past. I definitely feel like I'm on a emotional roller coaster.... I've signed up for the 14 day challenge. Thanks for your help
Hey 2525, Thanks for setting this up. My first goal is to reach 7 days. I am already at 4 days. I hope I will reach 7 days this time. Wish me luck!
Day 3: Done but it was a hard fought battle at the end. Good news is the porn blocker app on my phone is working great! Bad news is it won't work on my iPad so I have to find another one for it. The day was pretty good then randomly this evening I got some intense urges. I started opening up P sites and fantasizing, it took everything I had to not PMO but I know I came really close to it. Glad it's over with now.
Okay, so here I am currently experiencing a feeling of great euphoria( far greater than few seconds of numbness!) and a sense of achievement after successfully completing the 7 day challenge. Yesterday, i rewarded myself with a treat at my favorite fast food center. There have been so many challenges( that is why it is a 7 day "challenge" ) since I started this. On first four attempts I relapsed after 5 days each time, but I never gave up. To even add, the first four relapses made me stronger. In this fifth attempt I won. I just won. I would like to acknowledge the support and encouragement given to me by my fellow fapstronauts. They always backed me up and showed that we are in this together. I can name various positives which I got after 7 days of no PMO but 7 days is too early. But one thing is for sure, that you feel more positive and you start "living". This feeling is beautiful and I am sure it will get more gorgeous as we go further. Hence, everyone who is onboard in this tumultuous journey, remember to never ever give up. If I would have given up at any point of time, I wouldn't have completed this challenge, even after 4 times of failure I came back strongly and won. Next, trust me its worth it. Having said that, this 7 day challenge is just a stepping stone a small victory but it is definitely reassuring. So, believe in yourself and win this challenge clean and good, and watch yourself prepare for bigger battles like how I am going to take the 14 day challenge now. It's exciting to see myself in the hall of fame. @2525 , hope you add mine there I am eagerly waiting. Guys you can do it, if I can even you can. All the best! See you all at the 14 day challenge!
Day 7, completed!!! @2525 am so grateful for this forum, it helped a lot going one challenge a time a time. What helped me the most is keeping myself busy, I spend my whole day engaged in activities n get super tired later. Good luck bros!! the 14 days challenge, do I start from day 0 or is it day 8???
Day 5 completed. Great day. Achieved a goal of mine of squatting 100kg for the first time. Feel better than ever
Day 1 done! =D I love all of you guys. When I have that slight impulse, I come here to read your messages. Your efforts and your successes fill me with awareness. Thank you.
As of 12:30 p.m., I now have gone 5 days free of masturbation, pornography, and orgasm, and one day free for this challenge. My goal is nothing short of eliminating pornography and masturbation from my life, with orgasms only in the context of a long-term relationship with girlfriend. Fighting these impulses is hard, as I started masturbating on a regular basis in the seventh grade. By the time I reached the military and college, pornography was always available. When the Internet went commercial in 1995, my life was saturated with it. I paid a very heavy price for this indulgence. (Note, I was tracking this from 12:30, but my NoFap counter is tracking it from 15:00.)
