My tracker is off a little as well, I have to add a half day on top of the day counter. So 1 is actually 1.5 etcetera.
After 3 days joining NoFap I failed. I hope this challenge will help me overcome that problem. At least I have discovered what triggers me the most. Wish me luck guys. #ImIn
Day 4: Done! I definetly feel like I payed for almost relapsing last night. I could tell my game was off at work and I felt agitated about it most of the day and my mind wasn't focused. Had some minor urges today but got through them fairly easily and after work the rest of the day hasn't been too bad. Calling it an early night to be sure. Over half way to a week now, won't be long!
I am stuck on Day 05. I can not go any further. That's why I want to enter the 7-day challenge. It will do me good to be able to overcome this pond. So let's get started!
