Day 5 today
I relapsed. I wasn't ready for this challenge. I don't know how to control urges but from now on I will complete this challenge and fight the urges.
I think you tend to relapse on the 4th day. My last streak lasted for 11 days. I suggest you start lifting weights and do spot jogging every time you start feeling the urges. This has worked for me. Let's decide not to do this anymore in this month. You can do this! Best of luck!

I'm gonna do this. I know I can. I did 36 days recently but I fell back. Now am picking myself up again. With all your help.

Count me in once again. I did the 7 days challenge anf I feel it's the reason I had a strong foundation for my first ever streak which lasted for 23 days. So I'm gonna give myself the same strong bloody foundation to myself.
