Check in day 3
Just started. I know I'm addicted and I've realized I've let myself become addicted to porn since I first started. I've never had a clean break from porn for more than two weeks I think and any time I relapse, it's a strong reset. After doing a bit of research into the anatomy of the brain and the effects of porn, I realize just how much of my life and my attitude and my personality and my perceptions are affected by porn use. Masturbation is one thing but for me, it's never been one or the other; they were always linked which makes it that much tougher. I've known for a while that I need to get away from all this and I've tried and had good streaks and I've seen the benefits personally but always relapsed. I'm currently at a bit of a low-point which brought me here and I am definitely in a bit of an existential crisis meaning I feel more unsure of myself and my capabilities than ever before. Guess I'm starting with the 7 day challenge but my goal is far from just 7 days.

3/7: Missed updating the past 2 days. But been keeping the hands and mind off P&M. One Day at a time.
Thanks everyone. You're all beautiful. You make my day. It has been one of the rare weeks since many many years that I'm free.
