My first challenge! One question, do I restart my counter to zero today? Or do I leave my counter, but know that I need to abstain from PMO for 7 straight days from now?

Day 3 completed though today I was going to give up sn you touched for a while and when I was about to surrender I stopped in time. Go day 4

 

Count me in. Currently on day 7 without pmo. I will start 7day challenge with help of nofap.

With regret, I did fall earlier today to PMO, breaking what was a six-day abstention. I did reset both the tracker on NoFap and my personal challenge charts, so they are now in alignment. I thoroughly regret this fall because, as a result, I did not make any of my other goals for the day. My count officially began on 10/18/17 at 19:24 (7:24 p.m.).

 

Day 2, cleared!

The hard part will be the weekend. OR not.

 

I relapsed. I'm gonna start over & hopefully this time I'll make it. Day # 0
