When you touch it...you are pretty much done with your streak.
I'm in. What do I do next?
Day 3 done and gone ya'll
In the middle of day 3 and feeling good.
I am proud to see so many people here fighting this addiction. We can do this guys!
I am in day 0 of the challenge.. I'm sure that I 'll complete it
A challenge can help to overcome on an addiction..
Day 3 done. Feels good. Had little urges but listened to some music went away
Day 6 on this challenge. Experienced more erections and more confidence today. I've read somewhere that morning boners are a result of testosterone. So hopefully my hormones are also resetting and are going back to normal.
I'm in! Day 0
Alright day 0 for me.
Day 1 is going good, no significant urges. Hope everyone is doing good!
Day 2 going good.
Day 1 done. Had a good energy the entire day
Day 1 over, no real problems other than a few boredom temptations, but I am vigilant
Day 1(5) completed.
Felt no urges today. Kept myself busy and went fishing with some family. I'm sure the urges will get stronger soon but I'm ready.
Day 4 completed successfully
Day 5 started
Strange thing i didnt got a morning wood today i am concerned
What is happening is this normal on day 5
I felt like lets fap and check but i didnt please reply what is happening
Anyway 3 more days to go
Easy tiger! The more you leave it alone the better it'll work when the time is right.
OK, I'm in too. Day 0.
I do not expect urges today as I experience flatline
"Day 5 Completed" - "Starting Day 6" (total 42 days)
I'm just starting another day like it's my first day, cause days don't matter at all, but recovery does matter.
At the end of the day this challenge is only as successful as we make it, and even if we fall multiple times, even if we fail a streak, we only fail in a sense, not in all senses, because we can learn from all the times we fall.
That can give us a unique prospective to learn from, and maybe we can find some solutions to the problems we face during a reboot.
Just remember commitment always makes things easier, or at least for me.
I'm sure there's many good strategies to deal with this addiction effectively, but we just need to search them out, which requires some trial and error, but in the end, it's totally worth it, and you guys are worth it too.
Don't fear letting go of what weighs you down. Take a leap of faith, and you'll find the truth, or if not, than at least you can say you tried your best. Not much people can say that they actually gave there all, even a lot of people who have died can't say that.
Anyways, no urges yesterday, and I still feel good. I'm hoping this post helps you guys in some way.
Breathing only deep breathing
