Day 4 ...
5/7 forgot to post yesterday but I haven't done anything bad. Trying not to smoke at all this weekend and it's going well, I'm using my extra energy to clean and re-arrange my house.

day 3 under way. One day at a time, for me a trigger is boredom and stress. I've been filling my free time with more meditation, reading, and physical fitness. All are starting to help in this transformation process.
Day 6/7, almost there!

Day 0, just relapsed after 4 days this week, not gonna do it again. Anyone with ideas how not to feel tired after coming home from work? cos that's usually the time I give in.
