Day 3 check-in. Onwards and upwards, my friends.
day 4 completed...getting good rest and being aware the past couple of days. A trigger for me is stress, which low amounts of sleep can attribute to.
Yesterday was my Day 0. I deleted 6 out of 12 porn films in my phone, did not masturbate
It was tough but managed to keep my focus on doing my hobby and slept soundly without the need to watch porn & fap b4 I go to bed.
Today goal deleted the next 6 porn & no fapping tonight.
Day 7 completed I'm very happy i just now return to reality of world.
The benefit of 7 days is awesome

Today is my Day 0. I’m sure I can go 24 hours, but Day 2 will be my real test. As the topic suggests, I’ll have to post here daily as a goal.
I agree, there is a noticeable change in one's mental state after about a week. Good for you dude. Keep at it.

Okay Im going to be real with you guys...I just relapsed. I feel like absolute shit and have so much brain fog at the moment. I just took an ice cold shower and had breakfast. Im going to the gym soon. But Im starting all over again so I will move to the 3 day challenge. But no worries, you will see after 3 days and see me leave after 7 days to join the 14 day challenge.
Remeber guys...it is never worth it.
