Failed to keep disciplined over the weekend. Back to the start
Day 3/7. Stay strong my friends.
Okay Im going to be real with you guys...I just relapsed. I feel like absolute shit and have so much brain fog at the moment. I just took an ice cold shower and had breakfast. Im going to the gym soon. But Im starting all over again so I will move to the 3 day challenge. But no worries, you will see after 3 days and see me leave after 7 days to join the 14 day challenge.
Remeber guys...it is never worth it.
