Well I already made it to day 11, but just now came across this thread. As day 11 being my starting point...
Day 1 10/10/19
I forgot that i haven’t write the log for yesterday,so here it goes:
I resisted the urge to fap, by doing conversations with my friends.
And it works!
day 6 check...i feel good and energetic. Stress levels need to be low in order to think clearer and not fall into a relapse due to stress
Jogged for 20 minutes.
Fruit and venn pongal ( Tamil Food ) for Break fast.
Having a 2 liter of Water on my table.
3/7 completed. Going for Day 4. Feel my energy level is rising.
Starting this new period, let's go! 0/7
4/7, round 2 of 7 day
I relapsed. Too bad. Now I'm gonna have to start all over again.
