Resetting due to some M and O. Day 0.
Having heavy urges to go and jack off. I don't know if I'll make it to 7 days.

I am on day 8. I previously failed a few times to reach day 7, but I'm here. This is an honest day 8 with no peaking or anything. As far as "superpowers" here's one thing I'd like to report. Music. I have always liked music but for some reason music sounds and feels amazing about now. I played an old song that I liked on youtube, a slow acustic song with vocals and as soon as the vocals hit I had goosebumps on my arms. Its like I can feel the music.
I read about this and it seems like music activates dopamine pathways in the brain similar to sex and food. I guess, due to fapping, I was previously less sensitive to the effects of music. I am concerned that I will use the dopamine spike that music gives me as a substitute from fapping, so after listening to music for about an hour I went and did something else. I'd like to be productive and not just seeking dopamine, but I was generally unaware that music could be such a powerful stimulant.

Well I already made it to day 11, but just now came across this thread. As day 11 being my starting point...
Day 1 10/10/19
I forgot that i haven’t write the log for yesterday,so here it goes:
I resisted the urge to fap, by doing conversations with my friends.
And it works!
day 6 check...i feel good and energetic. Stress levels need to be low in order to think clearer and not fall into a relapse due to stress
Jogged for 20 minutes.
Fruit and venn pongal ( Tamil Food ) for Break fast.
Having a 2 liter of Water on my table.
