Day 6/7... One more day
I didn't post the last few days.
I was super tempted a few times.
Just commercials on TV with cute cheerleaders (watching a football game)
I had to stop watching TV
Just completed 3 Days of challenge.
Day 0 /7 begin.
HI guys I just complete my 3 day challenge and I want to go for more. This would be my 4 day without PMO but, do, for this 7 day challenge, I begin from 0 day? Or for the four day that I am acttually?

NO pmo, I will complete 7 days free on the 22/10/2019.

Day 2 check in.
7/7. I am not sure whether to take part at this challenge again or try myself with another challenge.

Technically, you are supposed to start at zero for every challenge. But in reality, you can do it however you want. I did it the 'official' way in the past and it worked for me. This time I am trying it the other way, just jumping into the next challenge at whatever day I'm at. Really it's about whatever will motivate you to be successful. We are not competing against each other. Everyone is competing against themselves, only. So with that in mind, you should be able to follow these challenges however you like. Good luck my man!!
