Hey guys working on day 5 and hoping for better attitude and healthier mentality
Day 4/7, week 3
Day 5. Yesterday was rough but I made it through the day.
0/7 Starting again.

Today I was going to complete the 7 day challenge but I relapsed. I feel very bad and I don´t even want to try to stop it again but inside of myself I know that I don´t have another choice. So yeah this is my 0 day. Fell like shit.
