Checking in for day 2
I've failed my first try. Now starting my second hoping to learn about last time.
Little over a day for me. 1.2 days
Thank you for your message! I stopped beating myself for relapses. It only does worse. I just don't know what happened. I rode a bike after work with my friend, then prepared a fruit salad and was planning to do some reading and go to sleep. But this thought didn't leave me. Finally I just did it so that this thought would leave me. But I must go though this experience if I want to establish a good foundation. I am going to put my laptop on the password and use only my phone with special software.
Couple hours ago i won 7 days challenge. For me it's huge achievement because i tried to do this challenge countless times. I'm keep going with no nut november challenge and hopefully win it too. For all of you i wanna say that you're great people trying to improve their lives which is great. I hope that everyone who read it will achieve his/her's goal. Keep going and improve yourself.
