I had some urges last night before bedtime, so I put on my iTunes and danced around to a bunch of songs. I got tired and then passed out really hard. God willing, I made it another day and I'll make it through many more to come.

Don't stop trying.

 

Onto Day 4 today.

 

Day 4... dealing with severe urges... don't know if I'm gonna make it, guys. Help

 

hang in brother. you're doing so well! you're going to make it. get up from whatever you're doing, and distract yourself with something else. Remember, "an empty mind is the devil's workshop" so preoccupy yourself with something you like (obvs not PMO lol) and fight the good fight! YOU CAN DO THIS. DO NOT GIVE IN.

or think about how bad you'll feel when you relapse. and you have to tell us all that unfortunately you have to start at day 0 again. don't let this happen! YOU'VE GOT THIS

Well, back to day 0... with the help from a fapstronaut I maintained myself for a few hours (without this help I would have relapsed right away). The thing is, the urge hit really hard when I went to sleep and I relapsed. I guess I ate too much last night. Anyway, sorry, guys. I will keep trying though.
