Image searches - seems to be my biggest trigger. Staying away from that stuff, limiting my device time, especially late at night. P and MO are together for me. If I get rid of P, I will have no reason to MO.
Just my two cents: some religions and health-related traditions (such as Hinduism and Ayurveda, among others) warn against the stimulating effects of spicy foods. You seem to be doing alright so I wouldn't worry about it too much, but I thought I should share this bit of advice so you'll have it handy in your brain if you find yourself struggling with strong urges in the future.
