    In the book "The willpower Instinct" I read something very interesting

    "
    One study found that just three hours of meditation practice led
    to improved attention and self-control. After eleven hours, researchers could see
    those changes in the brain. The new meditators had increased neural connections
    between regions of the brain important for staying focused, ignoring distractions,
    and controlling impulses. Another study found that eight weeks of daily
    meditation practice led to increased self-awareness in everyday life, as well as
    increased gray matter in corresponding areas of the brain.

    meditation increases blood flow to the prefrontal cortex, in much the same way

    Meditate as soon as u get up in the morning. Thats the time when you r free from all distractions.

    If meditating actually changes our brains and therefore our minds and thinking, then maybe this is what we have to do to solve the problem of porn addiction. We can't change it with the same brain and mind that got us hooked. We need new thinking, which can only happen with a new mind and that requires a new physical brain.

    Wow, just the thing I need! I wanna incorporate meditation into my lifestyle but I've failed time and again. 7 days of meditation for 10 minutes, I'm in :)
