7 days No PMO feelings and struggles

    It's been 7 days that I was PMO' ing
    but suddenly the new year was near and I started on 27th December 2018. I read posts about 90 days benefits and took the decision to try.

    First 3 days :- They were easy like butter

    5th day :- I felt a urge to watch porn and a very sensetive erection

    5th(night-time)-6th-7th day :- Continuous dreams about Porn without getting wet.

    I kept on going by saying it on my mind only " 90 Days of nofap" whenever I felt the urge.

    I play online video games to distract me

    Got to change things in your life... counting down days is just self torture.
    Get doing stuff and being around people... exercise, study, work, volunteer, self improvement classes, meet groups.
