    I used to think that I am addicted to masturbation but this half truth I am addicted to porn too.Well whatever it was I am really feeling energetic and clean

    I wanted to join NoFap because I wanted to get rid of my addiction to masturbation and porn.

    Since this is my day 1 of Nofap, I will try to reach day 20 on August 30 without porn and masturbation.

    By the time when it’s September 1st, I will continue my streak without porn and masturbation and if I manage to give up porn and masturbation at the end of September, I will keep going and be a better person and have better life.
