    I made it a week through some pretty serious temptations and stress. I have made it over a week numerous times, but it was always when I was not struggling with temptations. The temptations have been coming and I have been saying no. This is huge for me. I can say no to it and feel fine the next day. Reading stories of people who have made it long stretches and what their life is like is giving me a lot of hope. I can do this. God help me.
