    Well, I'm 7 days in which is a small steak but a significant change for me. Funny how the act of spoiling the beans on here and telling just a tiny bit of the story can help to get you ready for change.

    I am making sure my device stays it of the bedroom and when I am having naps in the pm ( I am a shift worker ) I make sure my hands are either under the pillow or just wrapped around the bed head. Sounds weird I know but that is my way of marking a change in my goals. Thanks for your thoughts and feedbacks so far people
