7 outta 90, Ejaculation in Urine?

    Days aside, Today I had a problem with looking at lewd discord gifs (because that's the closet thing to looking at porn) + worrying about my size (I get anxiety + "size check") / edged a bit. Both happened at different times but didn't result in me pmoing.

    I'm more worried about the fact that I just had an ejaculation or "came" while I was using the bathroom. Not just semen, the whole thing. I didn't even noticed until I actually looked in the toilet.

    I feel a little more relieved but have an urge to PMO (in different ways besides regular PMOing).

    Is this situation normal? (no matter what I'm not reseting, it's part of the healing progress.)

    I don't mean to bring you down, but I would say intentionally searching for lewd gifs and edging is a relapse. P includes all P substitutes: social media pics, youtube vids, gifs, etc. M is essentially edging. You just did not O. So if your goal is to stay away from all three of these things, I would set strict rules on what you can and can't do. Don't allow yourself to look at p substitutes or edge at all. Idk what you're talking about regarding the ejaculation thing. Maybe someone else understands better.
