7 Weeks and Strong Urges

I want to congratulate myself as after 23 days streak, I am on 51 days of reboot.
Week 1 and 2 were hard dealing with urges.but the urges are growing strong after 7 weeks. On day 49, 50 and 51, I am getting frequent urges. When urges arises, I am just throwing by phone away and keeping myself strong. I am giving myself cold shower.
My first target is to 90 days NoFap and then staying clean for 2019 which will be 133 days and continuing.
