70 Days NoFap but i have watched porn

    I haven't masturbated for 70 days, but during this time i have watched porn like for 5 times. I kinda messed up the challenge but i will continue until the day 90 and not to look at porn. My PMO record is actually 28 days.
    Maybe the reason for this is that I have a high libido?. I have become more productive from abstaining of masturbation but im kind of worried about not been able to not look at porn for a long period of time. What worries me is ED caused by watching porn, but in an article that I read mentions that not all experts think so. (Google: healthline Can porn cause sexual dysfunction?)
    I have experienced a bit of ED during sex but i don't think is all caused by porn, sometimes i'm nervous because i haven't experienced much sex in my life. Anybody has been through this?.

    By watching porn your still giving your brain a dopamine fix and associating sexual excitement with pornography (which rewards the brain with dopamine). This could* just reinforce your ED issues.

    But of course each to their own. If you think your issues aren't porn related then you've still done well. Just don't use it as an excuse to watch more.

    I highly recommend the porn part to be 100% eliminated, its no good no matter how you look at it, and it sets you back on your healing, try not focusing too much on reaching 90, focus on having no porn in your life forever.

    That shot of dopamine every time you watch porn 100% makes it addictive and be warned that some people will bull shut you when you least expect it internet isn't 100% true. You can test it for your self. I certainly think abstinance is affecting my E.D.
