79 days hard-Mode Vs Day 80 (binge day)

    I began this streak in quarantine. I'm a cold 36 year old man with DE problems and some PIED embarrassments. I had a good life so far but i realized that it could be better if i can stop fapping. I fapped every day with porn since 2005. I knew nofap in late 2017 but never made it that far.. maybe 30 days but for the bad reasons so i never stuck to it.

    This are the 3 things i wanted to get with nofap:
    - To have more energy/motivation/drive to do things
    - Fix my PIED and improve my DE issue.
    - Be a more emotional person

    Days 1-20: A lot more energy, feeling happier and proud. I enjoy music more. I need less hours of sleep and is easy to get out of bed. Only one huge urge this period. A lot of morning woods, not 100% hard thou.

    Days 21-40: Same, lots of energy, happy and really positive about the future. Morning wood almost every day with 100% erection. I've had 2 huge urges but i handle them pretty well. I started to react a little more emotional to other people.

    Days 41-60: Same, energy to do a lot of things and still happy and positive. I started to connect better with family, friends and people in general. Is like I care a little bit more about them. Down side, i want to connect more but still in quarantine. I get really emotional with sad scenes on movies or series, this only happened to me 20 years ago and only once.

    Day 61-79: Exactly the same as the period before. On day 79, as a fan of F1 games, I downloaded F1 2018. I always played this games with keyboard, but this time I don't know what happened (I really do, nofap happened) but I managed to build a steering wheel with my cellphone and pedals tweaking a peace of a box and an wireless keyboard. It worked perfectly and the experience was astronomically better than with keyboard. Creativity was over the top, while fapping never thought about it.

    Day 80-1: Fapped 2 times before even getting up, and another one in the afternoon.
    I don't feel regret at all. I enjoyed all of them and for me, 3 times over 80 days is a big success.
    Downside of what i did, on both days it took me almost 1 hour to get out of bed after waking up. I did half of the things i would normally do while nofap. I was kind of distant to people, i ignored practically all text messages even one of a girl I've been connecting with that i liked. Morning wood was still there but not 100%. My dick was still soared from the day before. 8 hours of sleep were not enough, my eyes feels tired, i was tired really early in the night also and wanted to go to sleep. i'm still felling happy and positive (despite the fact i'm still in quarantine, 110+ days so far), but really lazy.

    What i learned? Daily orgasms drains energy out of your life and have a lot of bad side effect. Retaining that extra energy give you a lot of good side effects. For the moment i cannot speak about porn related to sex. But i hope i can do it when this lock-down is done.

    I'm really happy about this experience and I'm here again in day 1 really positive about the future in hand with nofap.
    My advice for the new people is to do it for at least 30 days and see how your life changes for the better. After that you can choose to keep doing it or go back to your normal behavior.
