    sure you can post it every three days, although if you aren't doing anything in between that may not be enough to get any benefits

    day 1-7 update:
    pushups: 61-72
    pullups: 20-22
    pistol squats: 10-16, now 12 with a 20 lb weight
    situps:70-72
    I'm improving faster then I thought. I'm liking this

    I will add that if you do it without a break it will get your heart pumping too. But yeah do it however works for you
