8 months after Nofap (15 years old)

    Why do i not feel the positive effects of nofap anymore? My hormones are stable, my libido is inexistent but i don't care. The problem is why i could not evolve since 8 months ? I started sport, stop the computer, meet a lot of peoples, socialized, be happy and don't care about anything. But now i feel like I lost what I got. I don't want to do PMO anymore but i'm tired of being in this state. The mind does not follow anymore the nofap. It's rooted in me, which makes it become something banal and not extraordinary. People who read this, i started Nofap in April, in oneshot i never fap since that. It is possible. But if you don't have love or sex behind, you will be sad and the Nofap don't work anymore.

    Your brain tries to trick you in order to get dopamine. You don’t know really all the bad consequences of PMO as you are too young and surely haven’t done it for a long time (so you can’t compare with PMO addict life). I strongly advise you to read stories on this forum, especially from guys 30+ years old, whose lifes were literally f*cked up (health problems, psychological problems, anxiety, loneliness, weird fetishes, suicidal intentions, etc.) because of PMO. You have very good opportunity to ‘use’ their experience and choose the right thing to do - stay away from PMO. Also there is a flatline thing and our human nature - when we achieve smth (like winning the competition, your 7 months streak or successes in socialisation) our brain relieves some hormones (don’t remember the name) of joy, but then it all finished and we need to go on and evolve, we are never satisfied for a long time :)
