    Hello people,
    I am just another guy that have reached 8 months of NO PMO ( and going for more... of course!!!!)

    First of all I want to thank God that gave me the power to do this.
    After 4-5 months it gets easier not to masturbate and the benefits are real!

    I'm struggling terribly and suffering from some serious fear and depression as a result of my addiction.
