Hello Nofap community. I am 22 year old male. I've been fapping since 8 years and the PMO since 6 years. The most days I spent sober since the addiction is 8 days. The addiction was getting worse lately and various health and social issues are popping up. I want to quit forever.
Now I have took a decision to consider the NoFap seriously and give it a try.
