80 days of hard mode, great progress BUT… what do I do with all of this energy??

After 80 days of hard mode, I can begin to describe how much better I feel in many aspects of my life. The biggest difference is that I have more energy to devote to work, learning, and socializing since I’m not filling that time with porn. The problem I’m running into however is a serious one, I still Havnt figured out how to RELAX without masturbation, sexual intercourse, or porn. I just keep moving, working, and focusing to kee urges away. But eventually I get so burnt out that I can barely think or function and have to spend a day or two just lying around like a zombie getting some energy back. Anyone else experience this?
 
Sorry for offtop but how is it after 80 days of hard mode? I can't even imagine how my inner sexual tension would be if I were that long sober. Is it what you're describing above?

So during my 100+ streak, I mostly found myself studying harder and interacting with more people than usual. Perhaps you might want to funnel the energy into your work or your hobbies that you have. Consider exercising and weight lifting but I have no experience there so you might want to experiment.

Something I did to unwind was to watch a favorite Netflix show after a looooong day of mental straining from studying lol.

Congratulations man. Things that can help a lot are to practice a martial art and intense exercise such as weightlifting or calisthenics. We come across the question "What do I do with all this energy?" when we do nofap long enough, and to answer this is very important. I find very useful to find some "healthy obsessions", and what I mean is something fulfilling and difficult, such as mastering an instrument, creating a business, studying a degree... see this energy as a blessing. It's similar to having a lot of money and not knowing what to do with it, at the end it need to be invested in something useful and purposeful.
