80% Success Rate Over The Past 30 Days (using monthly averages to track progress)

Hey folks!

A few months ago I downloaded the Streaks app. Since downloading the app, I've noticed a significant improvement in dealing with my addiction. I use the app to remind myself to take my vitamins, brush my teeth and read my Bible daily, and to keep track of my streaks and relapses. In addition to logging streaks and relapses, it also displays a success rate for the past week and month. My longest streak over the past month was 12 days PMO-free, and my current is 7 days. This shows a 100% success rate over the last 7 days, and 80% success rate over the past 30 days.

Seeing my success rate after each relapse gave me the confidence I needed to avoid a binge and get right back on track.

Now I can't remember if it was a paid app or not, but either way, I 100% recommend this app to everybody here. It has definitely helped me on my journey.
