    Hey there I dont know what the hell is going on. I have no urges at all, feeling bad and SAD! Had some days when I felt a little happier but really rare.
    I was just asking if this is a flatline or withdrawal, aand how long this hell will take of my life? (Knowig that I am 16 and been jackin off 2 years)

    Probably just withdrawals. Do you workout at all or go for runs/treadmill? They say running/jogging for just 30 mins a day helps boost your happiness in as little as 2 weeks. I make sure I go for a run everyday. It has really helped me.

    there are other ways to hit the dopamine. daily workout and seeing yourself fitter than anyone is way to get it.

    Read about post acute withdrawal syndrome. You are going through that. Now your brain chemistry is coming back to normal. It's a good sign :)

    Ive been fappin for 2-3 years but the last 6 months were more intense (cuz I found a really good porno site). What do you think how much will it take for me, knowing that Im 16?
