9 days in. Sensitivity/pain in the private area?

Hello,
I've started noticing after about a week of Nofap that the private area (to be clear the testicles) is hyper sensitive and feels uncomfortable, if not painful. Even when I'm just going about my day it can be bothersome.
I remember in my past streaks I experienced this aswell though I don't remember if or when it went away.
Does someone know more about this phenomenon?

You know, I've heard the term before but I never made the connection in my mind until now, so thank you! I read it can last till day 20-25? Man, I hope it goes away rather quickly. And I'm wondering why it is happening on a biological level.

You see, recently before starting this streak I've a read a small book about quitting porn and I understood from it that there are actually no withdrawal symptoms. I don't know if I got it correct, I'll skim through the book again but this is what I took away and I think that's why I was quite surprised when I started experiencing this now.
Thinking back the book did mention something about three weeks once so maybe that's what they meant aswell.

Do you smoke weed?
Do you drink alcohol?
 
It happens.
Sometimes it feels like a swelling pain , sometimes it's like a needle and Other times it like a very mind burning sensation.
Just don't do edging and cut out the things and thoughts you have resulting to erection.
Masturbation relieves the pain but as you know that's not the answer we're look for at all.
The pain / sensitivity comes and goes and after long streak it will go away fully.
It don't happens with everyone and will go away for sure after proper 2-3 month of nofap .

thank you I needed this. I'm currently on day 5 and my balls are hurting.
