Hi i am anonymous i am now 22 but i am not enjoy my life in last 9 years I started watch porn in i studing 8th standard that time i dont know i lost my life 9 years i lost my mind control i dont have more friends i lost my feelings also porn and mastrubation addict is destoyed my life , i am 22 i have no love , I want to live life like normal peoples but i am not control this silly feelings like porn and mastrubation .
I have so many dreams in my life but i easily wasted time

I totally agree with @manitsajnani20 Develop a workout routine that works for you!!! Keep at it! Eat Healthy!!

Here are the things that helped me to quit,

1. I made a firm decision to quit
2. I joined this forum
3. I wrote out on a piece of paper what I want in my life and exactly how I want to live. I read these statements daily.
4. I come on this forum often (about 2 times a day) and I read and post to others
5. I joined one of the groups in the "accountability partners" section.
6 I joined in one of the challenges under the "Events and Challenges" section.
7 I have specific members who inspire me that I follow their journals on a daily basis
8 I started my own journal.

Outside of these things, I have realized it takes time. You have to learn yourself. You have to learn the triggers.
