NZ shootings bothering me and I can’t sleep. Almost bit it. I know that PMO is a therapy for me when I’m stressed, tired, or sad. Also a sleep aid.

Its ab to be day 28 inna few hours but i woke up so early because i just had a nightmare felt so real

It’s now Day 11 for me and I have had some strong urges but I found myself being slightly more proactive with the gym and learning a new language, and working some overtime.. but I now need to pick up the pace and go full throttle with the other activities, At times I’m so tempted to go back but then I just think what’s the point when you’re 11 days in now? Anyways! On to reach day 90
Day 3/90 on going. Today fully tired of partying the whole day. Thing I noticed is now I am socialising more than ever before. I talk to girls and they talk back to me a lot. Even I got a chocolate as a gift from a girl today. I can find more energy in me than before. Cheers guys.
Can't believe it but it's been 8 days coming on the 9th day again for holding back on my semen. It's been a pretty crappy month with my relationship and I think we're struggling a bit right now with talking. Not to happy about it, but anyway I'm trying my best to stay strong and get past this 9th day.
I've started exercising again, it kinda helps to deflect pmo energy. Feeling good for today and the future. Am always a bit on edge for what might happen when it comes to triggers. So I take it day by day. It seems to work for now. And I am also focusing on keeping myself busy, and to replace the time and energy I spent on pmo and do something beneficial for my future self. Motivation from nofap helps a lot. I will change. Cheers guys.
