Today failed soo badly that...I relapsed 10 times in a row in this single day. Already my skin started to breakout acne. So baddd.

 

Start another 24 h. Get out of the house if possible.

 

Check day 5

I got a flu today so I felt really tired. My nose was running all day and I can't stop sneezing. I think I need to go to the doctor's tomorrow.

Hasn’t been an enormous struggle so far. I’m seeing tempting images here and there and instead of being triggered all the time I’m just noticing their effect as if I’m an outside observer.

Sorry to hear that. Bless you. I hate mathematics too. When you suffer from the physics and mathematics, try to learn the coding such as python or other dynamic programming language, which is relative easier than the static one such as Java or C++
