day 5 completed....

 

Today with lots of urges and also installing uninstallig and again installing of dating app. I want to talk to a girl so much badly. I don't know if it is sexual feeling or just wanting to talk to opposite gender so much. Like this only my last streak ended with dating chat app. This is time I don't know how I will overcome that problem but I have to.

Day 70 of no Alcohol and caffeine
- just checking to say that even with a zero counter, I am "all right" and still hopeful I can do this thing

Restarting

 

I can refer to that! It is the most unstructured part of the week and boredom easy arises... and so does the urge.
Strangely i have the strongest urge in the evening before taking a test at university. I can not sleep then and i always convince myself that masturbation is the only option...

Started the challenge today, looking forward to improving my life and getting some creative energy out of it.
