6/90...spent weekend away from computers/internet. Limited access to phone. Result: no urges.
58 days down and 42 to go for this challenge then it’s off to the 365 day challenge. Patience though, that’s how we get this far and what we change with. Writer’s block, more like brain fog, residual brain fog is lifting. Now I am getting all emotional and confident at the same time.

Day 4 check in
Day 5 down, like 15 urges today since I was home alone all day, spent the time cleaning and walking around my building in circles. The urges are intense, but damn does it feel good to know I have gotten through 5 whole days. Day 1 was hard, day 2 was harder, day 3 was meh, day 4 I didn't know happened, but day 5 was rather difficult since the urges were so frequent. Onto day 6.
I'm halfway through this journey, and I wouldn't be this far without the community. Thanks for all your posts; they are really inspiring.

. was at work for 12 hours den came home n had to do shifting as I moved to another place... so had no tym.. easy one
