Not having any thoughts of giving up.
Day 0/90. Checking in.
let's do this
Day 13. Dealing with 3 consecutive final tests in the university. Feeling super tired and frustrated. But I will NOT succumb to PMO anymore. It can not truely satisfy my need. Especially when I feel stressful.
I don't think I can do this. I feel like crap. Today is one hour at a time.
Day 22 check in.
Day 3 ..
I have included many New things in my time table ( ex. Exercise for removing extra energy etc.)
I will try to ensure that I endure More closer towards the goal.
11/90, getting closer and closer!
Hi People. 45th day Check-in.
Half way on the challenge.
I have a big did behind me and hi hopes for the future.
Hang in there
With that spirit we will all make it through!
Yes that's very true and in the end it's the most important test of all. Stress will pass and your sense of achievment will grow with that experience.
Trigger warning: I need to be very honest.
Circumstances were stacked against me. Monday after a big weekend, wife away traveling. Game of Thrones set me off. I went and got a massage. That was a bad idea. i came during the massage. I was feeling shame and relapsed into full on M. No P, but used BIGO live.
I have a list of learning opportunities from this fiasco. Probably too many to absorb all at once. I will rise again and continue to fight, but this hurts. I had 42 days, my longest streak in many years.
59 days done...ran 13.1 miles today, gearing up for a half marathon next month, focusing on eating right and taking care of myself. Also dealt with a big legal family thing yesterday and then helped out my dad and spent some time with family. Daily meditation helps, exercise, working on some singing exercises/lessons, helping others, coming on this website...keep picking up the tools that work for you, guys!

Mornings are my hardest part so I can safely put the 1 down in ink. There is a spring in my step for the first time in a long time as I wish it was success at this it's too early. The boost comes from my wife as she has decided to do this journey with me for support.
