41 days and i almost ruined last night thank god i refrained from doing it
It's been a while .I'm doing okay. Day 32 .
Every time I watch some people sharing their story, I am filled with energy and have the courage to keep going!
2/90. Step by step!
i am in a very stress full situation now. My exams are going on and too many urges came yesterday, i was unable to concentrate on my preparation and tension and stress kept on increasing...i had to relapse..i have tried a lot but i wasn't successful...since past 3 strikes i have relapsed on day 4 or day 5....initially when i came to NoFap i have made up to day 17...but now i am unable to reach even to day 7 also. I am unable to handle stress fill situation during reboot..they are making me to relapse
very good insight . onwards!!!
excellent bro, good progress .
i´m also thinking on quitting caffeine, as it makes me jumpy. didn´t you notice sleepiness or need for it afterwards? how do you feel now compared to the caffeine days?
Feel the burn and love the fire inside you.
The urges make you stronger. Dont let your body and mind become weaker.
Your body is a temple, and your mind a roaring flame.
Your life is a crucible, meant to burn away your folly.
you need motivation bro, it seems you´re not really seeing the big picture of how bad porn damages your life so you hesitate everytime a urge surfaces.
write stuff about it bro, write all the things that porn destroys in your life and read that shit everyday. develop a strong mindset, it´s super important. also write all the benefics that nofap will create in your life + recognize that the "need" for PMO it´s only a part of the addiction. and an addiction is a health problem, recognized by the World Health Organization. an average healthy brain doesn´t give a fuck about PMO, especially if it knows how bad that stuff is.
you wouldn´t inject cocaine in your arm, right? why not?
The first week off of caffeine is mostly just dealing with headaches but nothing Tylenol doesn't cure. Caffeine makes me edgy, grumpy, mood swings, driven in whatever I am doing, can't relax and messes with my sleep. Now that I am retired, I don't need to perform at work and be driven at anything so it was time to quit. Now, I sleep better, am more relaxed, in the moment and more peaceful without caffeine. I still enjoy coffee and tea but decaffeinated only. I highly recommend it, bro.
the mindset brother, you need to set your mind straight. haven´t you suffered enough because of this shit? can you stay like this? is there any other solution besides nofap? then what the fuck are you waiting for? your wasting your life bro. and you only live once. come on, get up, you know you need to do this, you´re just postponing the inevitable. Onwards my brother
very good insight brother, i see a lot of fapstronauts always binging after months of nofap . i hope i won´t fall on that temptation. that´s why i try always to be aware that an addiction is a cronic disease, once you get out of it, you can´t go back. Onwards my friend
try meditation bro, daily, it´s great to calm the body and the mind. PMO may give that imediate sense of fullfilment and peace to cope with stress, but it´s very brief. afterwards comes the backlash and you´ll feel way worst than when you started
very nice, i´ll take from you . gonna give it a try. thanks bro
here´s a great video. this brother really takes this to another level, awesome!!! on the comments section there´s a bone chilling comment:
"Ive been doing Nofap for 2 1/2 years now and I can look at another male and tell if he has been fapping recently. Its almost plain as day. But only because I have experienced the difference of Nofap within myself."
2nd day, extreme desire.
Day 23 of no PM
Day 92 of no alcohol or caffeine
Day 60 of weight training
- feeling great today again with no temptations at all
- made love to the wife this morning with no erectile issues, only a few seconds of porn flashbacks before hand to get me in the mood but I am hoping that will not need to happen in the near future
- new discovery from JK's video advice: I started a journal a few days ago to record 3 nofap related successes per day in order to build success, positive momentum and self-esteem
- he said if you focus on relapses or how far left you have to go to complete a challenge, it can get you down often leave you feeling overwhelmed and unhappy
- so at the end of each day, look back on the day and record 3 wins (on nofap journey)
- it really has made me feel happier and more successful in this challenge
- hope that helps someone out there ... live strong brothers!
