I’m on my fourth day and its kind of dangerous because i almost relapsed but still managed to steer clear. This is VERY HARD for me
I go to the gym... 10 times per week as I am training for a half-ironman triathlon. I was already doing this when all my problems got exposed, so I just kept at it and focused on not missing any scheduled workouts. Works every morning - evening I sometimes miss if I have an opportunity to have the kids with me.
Weight is going down - some due to diet - I am vegan and trying real hard. But with the stress added, I have not been hungry. Meals are on rotation (means I make on Sunday, pre-pack for the next few days and make sure to eat what I planned). Other than that, not hungry. I am down 30kg in the last 18 months. I am back to my weight of my 20's.
Separation Mediation starts next week. I have to smile and try to be stable. I need my kids in my life. I so need my kids in my life...
A Buddhist saying is that "You must empty your cup before getting more". Well, the cup is getting drained quite a bit.
Another day done.
Fight everyday with the same intensity and vigor!

Day 14/90 done! I'm glad for this 2 weeks, the last days were extremely difficult not to PMO.
Day 10. Slept late, did not go to gym and felt sloppy all day. Had huge urges in the evening. However, I was able to pull myself together and pick a good book to read. Reading calmed my mind and kept me focused.

Had a wet dream today but other than that i had no urges to give in and i held on pretty good
